Chocolate. Do I need to say anything else?

Well, back to Blender fluid dynamics. This time I tried to mimic the kind of animation you usually see in tv commercials these days, hence the sweet theme… 😉

Whereas in my glass and bottle simulation I used an obstacle to move the fluid around, this time I created to moving obstacles: a blade spinning in the bottom of the fluid to generate the vortex on the surface and a piece of chocolate falling inside the fluid.

Even though both ideas worked from the beginning, coordinating them without letting the fluid run out of control was a lot more complex than I had anticipated.

On the other hand, the look of the materials was pretty easy to achieve in Cycles. They are mostly combinations of glossy and diffuse materials.
